At IncrediblyHandmade.com, we do not give refunds on returned merchandise. However, we will exchange returned items for store credit on merchandise that meets the following criteria:

• Includes the original invoice
• Is postmarked within 10 days of purchase
• Is in perfect condition
• Has not been worn or used
• Is returned in the same package along with the packing material, or equivalent thereof

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours and describe the circumstances. It must then be returned within 5 days in the original packaging.

It is necessary to contact us if you do not receive your order within 10 days. Please use the contact form provided on this site.

Returns will be processed within 30 days with the amount of purchase credited back to your account. Postage remains the responsibility of the customer. A restocking charge of up to $10.00 per item may be assessed for processing at the discretion of IncrediblyHandmade.com. Restocking fees are unusual and are intended to discourage customers from ordering multiple items and then returning many of them. They also may apply when merchandise is returned needing some minor refurbishing or when other discrepancies exist. Handbags must be returned in boxes with adequate stuffing.
