Q. If an item I saw yesterday “disappears” today, what am I doing wrong?
A. You’re not doing anything wrong – except perhaps waiting too long to order! As soon as an item is selected by another customer, it is removed from our inventory and replaced. Remember, most items are one of a kind.

A. It depends on the shipping method. UPS usually between 2-5 working days and U.S. postal service between 2-7 working days.
